Audit Committee

Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of sub-article (1), the Audit Committee shall perform an internal audit function, providing oversight of all processes, internal controls, and checks and balances within the Authority, ensuring good corporate governance, as well as the compliance of the Authority with its functions, objectives and obligations at law.
