Offences to be tried by the Court of Magistrates and sanction of the Authority

In any criminal proceedings under this Act or regulations made thereunder, any officer of the Authority may, notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, produce the evidence, plead and otherwise conduct the prosecution jointly with the Police.
