Penalty by agreement and other sanctions

The Authority may, by means of a public statement, disclose the name of the person sanctioned, the particular breach of a regulatory instrument committed, and the penalty or administrative measure imposed, where it deems that lack of disclosure would be detrimental to the interests of players or cause disproportionate damage to the parties involved.
