Counterfeiting and forgery

It shall not be lawful for a person to use, or have in his possession, any device, authorisation or other document issued under, used or to be used for the purposes of this Act or any other regulatory instrument, which the person knows or ought to know to have been forged, counterfeited or otherwise tampered with.
