Place used for unlawful gaming

Where any Police officer or officer of the Authority is wilfully prevented or obstructed or delayed as aforementioned, it shall be evidence, until the contrary is made to appear, that such premises are used for the said unlawful purposes and that the persons found therein were taking part in the relevant unlawful activities.
