Place used for unlawful gaming

In addition to any penalty under any provision of this Act or any other regulatory instrument, the money and effects representing the stakes as well as any other money and devices used in the playing of the unlawful game found in any place referred to under sub-article (1) shall be seized and forfeited in favour of the Authority and shall be appropriated in favour of the Gaming Fund.
