Appointment of officers and employees

The Authority shall appoint and employ, at such remuneration and upon such terms and conditions as it may in accordance with this article determine, such officers and employees of the Authority as may, from time to time, be necessary for the due and efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this article and this Act, the appointment and employment of officers and employees shall be regulated by the provisions of the Second Schedule.
