Repeal of Acts and construction of references therein

Saving the provisions of sub-articles (4), (5), (6) and (7), the Lotteries and Other Games Act, the Gaming Act, the Public Lotto Ordinance and the Director of Public Lotto (Powers and Functions) Act, hereinafter collectively referred to as "the repealed legislation", are hereby repealed, without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.
