Repeal of Acts and construction of references therein

All provisions of the repealed legislation including subsidiary legislation made thereunder shall remain in force until 31 December 2018:

Provided that in so far as these provisions apply to gaming provided by means of distance communication, such provisions shall only remain in force until 31st July, 2018.
