Repeal of Acts and construction of references therein

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding sub-articles, the Responsible Gaming Fund Regulations, the GamingMalta Fund Regulations and the Gaming Licence Fees Regulations, shall be kept in force and shall continue to have effect as though made under this Act.
