Repeal of Acts and construction of references therein

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding sub-articles and the provisions of this Act, all leases granted to the Government of Malta and, or the Director of Public Lotto to be sub-leased as lotto booths, as well as all such sub-leases granted by the Government of Malta and, or the Director of Public Lotto, as well as anything done thereunder or by virtue thereof, shall be kept in force within their terms, and shall continue to have effect as administered by and in the name of the Government of Malta.
