Legal personality and representation of the Authority

Any document purporting to be an instrument made or issued by the Authority and signed by the Chief Executive, or by a member of the Executive Committee in relation to any matter falling within the functions vested in the relative directorate by the Authority, shall be received in evidence and shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to be an instrument made or issued by the Authority.
